This document gives full details on abstract regulations, abstract format, the selection process and how accepted abstracts will be presented, as well as the full list of topics and sub-topics. Accepted EACR 2026 abstracts will be published in an online supplement to the journal Molecular Oncology in the late summer.

The Scientific Committee will make the selection of abstracts for oral and poster presentations and the presenting author will receive an email with the Scientific Committee’s decision no later than 01 April 2026.

• Multiple proffered paper slots in the main Congress programme
• Moderated 'Posters in the Spotlight' session for selected presenters to give a 5-minute presentation
• Poster session with dedicated poster defence times during the Congress
